Terms and Conditions:
All orders placed with www.xsrezone.com by ( internet/web & e-mail) constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed on xsrezone.com Price List and all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of xsrezone.com until paid in full.

In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties which may cause problems with our product pricing or shipping calculations, xsrezone.com will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with their order with corrected totals or cancel their order. xsrezone.com will not be held responsible for any miscalculated totals due to errors.

All prices, materials, design, colour, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Product photos are for illustration purposes only - some product colours/pigmentation may differ from actual photos.

Payment Policy:
xsrezone.com accepts the following payment methods through our secure online website and in-store.

§ xsrezone.com Gift Cards

Note: We only accept Paypal payments from VERFIED accounts with CONFIRMED shipping address. This is also the address your items will be shipped to.

§ International Orders: xsrezone.com will ONLY accept Bank wire transfer or Paypal. PayPal payment must be listed as a Seller Protection Policy 'Eligible' on the transaction details page and must be a CONFIRMED address. .

§ We do not accept International Credit Cards.

§ For some credit card / Paypal orders we may require extra identification from the card holder to complete your transaction. This is to protect you and xsrezone.com from any unauthorized orders or fraudulent transactions.

Back Orders:
We will notify you in the event of a backorder. We continually seek updates on backordered items and update your order status until the backorder is filled.

Damages:
xsrezone.com packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Please inspect your package(s) immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering must be reported to xsrezone.com and to the shipping carrier immediately. It is extremely important that the contents of the shipment be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for the shipping damage. If damage is observed and found, simply refuse the package due to the damage.

Oversea's shipping.

Xsrezone is not liable for any customs fee's, Import tax, or destination fee's that maybe charged by the destination country.

Returns for Refund or Exchange:
If you received a wrong item, please call xsrezone.com within 2 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid RMA number. Replacements will only be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by xsrezone.com. If you install or modify parts ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.

§ All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. This is only possible by emailing xsrezone.com. Please put the following information in your email: Name, Order number, Date of Purchase and phone number where you can be reached.

§ Restocking Fees: Upon approval by xsrezone.com, there will be a 25% restocking fee on priced item.
Refunds: Upon approval by xsrezone.com refunds will be issued in the same manner it was paid minus restocking fees and shipping fees.

§ All returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned to xsrezone.com within 10 days of receiving an RMA number.

§ RMA number(s) expire 10 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused.
Note: Separate RMA numbers should be obtained for different orders.

§ All items on sale at the time of purchase will only be given store credit for a refund.

Special Order Items:
Special order items or custom order items are items which we do not normally stock and cannot be cancelled/returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, xsrezone.com will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. Please allow up to 6 weeks for special orders. Although they may arrive before this normally.

Any refused shipments sent back to xsrezone.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customers responsibility to make all arrangements with xsrezone.com for refused shipments. xsrezone.com will charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 25% restocking fee on all products shipped.

 

Warranty Disclaimer: 

All Dry Carbon/Kevlar products are hand crafted and as unique as a finger print, no two items will be exactly identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles and resin blemishes will be inevitable. Such minor imperfections are race industry standard and considered acceptable. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective.

All Dry Carbon/Kevlar products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. This is part of the normal body work and installation process. Our suppliers have made all efforts to produce these aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There will be absolutely no returns on painted products.

 
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All merchandise sold by xsrezone.com is only subject to a manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labour or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, ballasts and relays if they are not installed by a qualified auto electrician, You will be required to show proof of the install if you want to file a claim.
